May the Lord bless you and keep you

“The Blessing” is a song that has touched me recently, and again today. My identity is tied up very strongly with my God, my family and my country. Aotearoa – New Zealand, land of the long white cloud. How I love this place, and how I love the people, our tangata whenua. This arrangement has been but put together from all kinds of churches across New Zealand, including Maori prayer, and verse and stunning scenery. It speaks of unity through our diversity, and embraces it. I hope you love this as much as I do.

“The Lord bless you
    and keep you;
 the Lord make his face shine on you
    and be gracious to you;
the Lord turn his face toward you
    and give you peace.”’

Numbers 6:24-26
